Ridiculous additional shipping charges
I recently sold a radio and had dimesions in the ebay ad but they were slightly off. Instead of 17lbs it was 22lbs after I added all the shipping supplies. Thats fine and paying a little more I get but My shipping went from $38 up to $108. They email said "billable rate 69 lbs" that is literally impossible. I want to dispute this **bleep**. How do you do that?

Mentor5 months agoMany shipping services use Dimensional Weight which is based on both the weight of the package and the package size. Oversize packages cost extra.
