Revived a defective item out of the box NG, seller refuses to pay return whose falt is it
This happened to me to many times in the pass , i receive an item and rite out of the box it won't turn on if battery powered rechargeable after charging still no good , getting in touch with the seller , the seller claims that i purchased knowingly that buyer pays return, and refuses to send a paid RO.
Now is it fair ? Some seller will dump on u defective stuff knowingly or not? why should this be the sellers loss ?

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
