Revision request
A buyer has asked me to send them a revision request. I sent it and now they said they didn't receive it and asked me to send it again. How do I do that? I tried to contact customer service but keeps telling me to send an email. I did that 2 times and no response. Since eBay only gives us 10 days for a reply, I'm going crazy trying to figure this out. Please help.

Mentor11 months agoA feedback revision request can only be sent once. You will not be able to send another and eBay cannot help with this.
