revision feedback
I left a negative feedback from the seller when I received the item. Currently, I want to remove my negative feedback from the seller because I think I need to do my responsible to fair for the seller. The item got a big noise that it was the true! However, I did not notice the item condition should be no problem. Afterwards, I removed the dust from the console by myself then the noise problem all gone. It is just a misunderstanding for each other. I hope eBay customer service team can help me solve my concern and this problem! I apologized for any difficult may case, thanks!

While cannot "remove" the Negative Feedback but you can Revise it to Positive. You need to message the Seller and request a Feedback revision form, they can send 5 per year. You will have 10 days to complete it to change to Positive Feedback.
The Seller can access the Feedback revision form on the Negative Feedback you left for them.
