Revising shipping details after receiving an offer.
When I listed my item I had an existing box and used it for the shipping details. I now have a much smaller box the item will fit in, but I have a pending offer. Can I go into the listing and revise the shipping box size and weight without declining the offer?

Actually, with an active - outstanding offer you cannot make changes on the listing other than perhaps adding an Additional comment to the Description.
If the Buyer accepts the offer you can always Refund the shipping overage after they purchase.

OP6 months agoThank you for the reply. Actually, it is set up for me to pay the shipping. Do I get the opportunity once I accept the offer to "fix" / update the box size and weight before paying ebay for the shipping label?

Yes, when you go to purchase the label you can change the weight and box dimensions, the price will recalculate based on the new information.
