revising seller feedback
As a consistent buyer, i always leave great feedback to sellers because much work is put into making sure the transactions all go well. It is only in rare circumstances that something does not turn out right. But suppose i already gave great feedback, but i learned too late that the seller really was not forthright. Do i not have the right to revise my initial feedback; which is no longer quite accurate about the seller??
And so, what?.., i'm suppose to ask the seller to send me a "revision request"?? {That *can't* be the only way to get that done, is it?}
What seller would send a "revision request", that would be less positive for them??

And what reason does eBay give for not being able to revise positive feedback??

Mentor10 months agoYes, we are sure that positive feedback cannot be revised. It has been this way since before I joined eBay. As to why this is so only eBay knows and they are not telling us why. It is the same as only feedback left in the last 30 days can be revised.
You can always leave a follow up comment to the feedback you left.
