Revising feedback left for seller

Question

A seller refunded an unsatisfactory order in exchange for modifying my feedback. I received an email with a link to revise the feedback, but I get this message:

Never ever ever change feedback as a condition for a refund. Your seller is in China and this is a common ploy. You'll never see the refund or hear from the seller again.

If you received an item that is not as described,, here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label (which he won't be able to do) or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
