Revising feedback
I bought an antenna amplifier that didn’t work. The seller is giving me a full refund, but they’ve asked me to revise my feedback. How do I fo
that?

AFTER you have received your refund and all is said and done, then ask the seller for a Feedback Revision Form. Never revise feedback as a condition of a resolution from the seller. That's feedback extortion and not allowed. (And once you do it, you'll likely never hear from the seller again.)
Did you open a case for an item that is not as described? If not, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund without requiring the return. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
