Revise a buyers review

I was out of town when an item I purchased was delivered and I unfortunately gave a good review as the price was good. Unfortunately I recently opened the item and found what was referred to as "new condition" was actually used and not usable for my purposes. I tried to as eBay about changing the review but could not find an answer. Has anyone done this before and if so how?

@ddcmrc You can not change a positive feedback to a negative. You can leave a reply to your feedback stating the facts calmly that the item is not new as stated.

You can also return it for a full refund.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
