Reviews/Feedback - MASSIVE ISSUE!
I started to sell on ebay as of like a week or 2 ago. I regained access to an old account, where I have bought 3 things prior. My issue: I have 3 reviews received, they're all positive, but they're so old that my reviews display as 3, and 0%. So from a buyer perspective, I have 3 reviews and they're all negative.. when in reality they're just old. I don't even know if a potential buyer can click on the 3 and see the old ones. This is making me worry that I could lose a sale based on someone thinking I'm a sketchy seller.. And there seems to be no accommodation for me with the age of the review when contacting help. I'd legitimately wish for those positive reviews to be removed.
If I receive a positive review, will it say 100%, or 25%?
If 25%, I feel like I just need to create a new ebay account and relist everything I've listed thus far, no?
Thanks

Mentor2 years agoThis is how feedback works - there is no issue, it's perfectly normal. Your feedback percentage is calculated on the feedback you received during the past 12 months as already advised. Members can see the feedback you've received so far on your feedback page.

If you receive a positive feedback your feedback percentage will be 100%. And your feedback number will be (4).
Feedback percentage is calculated based on feedback received in the last year; older feedback ratings do not enter into the percentage calculation, though they still count towards your feedback number.
