I never received my item. E-bay closed it out after 30 days and did nothing to help. I would like to leave the seller a bad review but there is no way I can find to do so. Its bad enough to get screwed but even worse when you cant leave a review. E-bay sucks! NO HELP AT ALL

·3 years agoIf you filed an INR and didn't hear anything, you could have returned to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in for a refund.

Buyers cannot leave a seller bad feedback after losing a dispute. [If you filed an 'Item not received' case ... BUT did not ask eBay to step in before it 'timed out' ... then you lost the dispute.]
You should still be able to file a case with PayPal OR your credit card company. Give it a try.
EDITTED TO ADD:
I noticed that you only give bad feedback. That will make you look like a troublesome buyer to sellers who check a buyer's feedback left for other sellers ... so I strongly recommend you also leave feedback when you're satisfied with the transaction. 🙂

OP3 years agoI have never given bad feedback. I talked to someone at ebay and they said someone would call within 7 days. they never did and that is when dispute ended. I do believe i am done with ebay.
