Review correction
As a seller I have shipped a product using the address label provided by the ebay system. I got a note from the buyer he tracked it delivered to a wrong place. He then gave me the lowest review. Double checking the address label, I find it had two addresses in one line, exactly as in his profile. He eventually received it after he an I tracked the delivery. As the address label was as provided by the ebay system, I feel unfair to receive the worst rating. Is there a way to correct the review?

Mentor2 years ago@keka_88. It's too late to ask for a feedback removal. You have to ask within 30 days of it being left.
All you can do now is respond to the feedback for your future buyers to see.
The eBay label is exactly what the buyer provides at checkout.
Say something like "shipped to the address the buyer provided. I was able to track the package and delivered to the buyer"
