I ordered an item that was described as having a hole in bag but was sealed. I still bought it. However, when I received it, the whole was there but no evidence it was sealed and contents of package was loose inside box that leaked from hole.
I asked for a refund and a return was initiated. I sent it back same way I received it including pics.
I only received a 50% refund and the seller claimed that I sent it back damaged??
I contacted seller and repeated that I received it damaged.
I contacted EBay and so far no response from them. I left a negative review and it had disappeared from sellers reviews ?
what can I do??
