What you will have to do is message the Seller and ask them to send you a Feedback revision form, they can do that via a link on less than Positive Feedback. Sellers can send 5 per year and you would have 10 days to complete it and the Feedback would be changed to Positive.
There is no "delete" option on Feedback, just the revision feature mentioned above.

Mentor2 years agoYou can ask the seller for a feedback revision form. It is a well-known glitch that some mobile devices show free shipping in error. Sellers cannot add fees after the sale has been made, so if you agreed to purchase the item, you agreed to paying the full price shown to you.
