Reversing a refund
Package lost in shipping. I issued refund. 3 weeks later package arrives. How do I get my money?

Mentor3 years agoYou can not reverse the refund. You must contact the buyer and try to arrange for repayment. You can use PayPal, Venmo, zelle, even a paper check. Whatever you and the buyer can agree upon.
Send the buyer a message - keep it light, humor can help. Ask if they still want the item, or would they prefer to return it. Offer to send a return shipping label. If they want to keep it, work out a way to get paid.
