    reversing a cancellation
                     

    Due to miscommunication I cancelled an order. The buyer reached out and still wants to pay for it. Can I reverse an order cancellation?

    No, sorry, once an order has been cancelled there is no way to reverse that. You can simply relist the item for them to repurchase it.
