Reversing a buyers refund?
Question, I refunded a buyer because they hadn’t received the item. However, now they’ve received it and I need to reverse the refund. I’m not sure how
Can I just provide a Venmo address?

Mentor7 months ago@miss510. If you used an eBay shipping label, shipped within your stated handling time, AND refunded the buyer from a not received refund request I'd wait a few days.
If all the above apply then you qualify for Seller protection and ebay will refund you out of their pocket.
Or you can make arrangements for the buyer to refund you using an electronic payment method such as PayPal, Venmo, etc. This is not a offsite transaction as the sale has already taken place.
