Reverse refund to seller after case has been closed

Question

Buyer purchased item, opened case for not receiving item, was refunded for the item, case was closed, then received item in the mail.

I can't get ahold of ebay. The buyer isn't returning any of my messages. I need to know how to get my money back.

If tracking later shows that the item was Delivered after you have refunded, ebay will credit your account. I do not know how soon that will take place but members have reported that this has happened to them.
