@vavaris < I would like to reverse feedback > Only negative or neutral feedback can be revised. If it's a positive, it cannot be revised. I notice that your feedback is set to Private. That will get you blocked by many sellers, they think you're hiding something and won't want to take a chance.

@vavaris If you wish to revise your original feedback you can contact the seller directly and ask them to send you a feedback revision request. If a seller would like you to revise your feedback, weâ€™ll send you an email with all the details. Once youâ€™ve received your revision request, youâ€™ll then have 10 days to either: Revise the feedback â€“ Select Accept request in the email and weâ€™ll guide you through the process of changing your rating and comment. When you revise or remove feedback, your original comments will no longer be visible on eBay Decline the request â€“ Select Decline request in the email and state your reason for doing so. If youâ€™d like to keep your reasons private, select I donâ€™t want to share the reason with the seller Weâ€™ll send you a reminder if you havenâ€™t responded after 7 days. Revision requests expire after 10 days and the feedback wonâ€™t be changed if you havenâ€™t responded within that time.
