Mentor2 years agoIf you left a neutral or a negative feedback, you can ask the buyer to send a "feedback revision" request. The seller needs to send it.
If you left positive, you cannot change the feedback. You can follow up on the feedback if you have not done that yet.

·2 years agoYou cannot revise a positive into anything less. You can add a "follow up" but be aware there are some strange rules (at least as they are interpreted) that dishonest sellers to use to get ratings and/or comments/follow-ups removed. Among them:
"Follow-up or reply comments must also match the overall rating and can't be used to change a rating." Your guess is as good as mine as to how eBay would interpret that when you left a positive and then followed up with a less-than-positive follow-up.
"Any references to investigations" eBay has in the past interpreted that to remove any reference to the buyer having to file a case to get refunded. I would stick to something like "Seller promised refund if I left positive feedback, and then didn't refund" if that is the situation.
