Reverse a cancellation
When packaging my order to ship the item
was damaged. I canceled the sale then contacted the buyer. The buyer wishes to proceed anyway. How do I reverse the cancellation?

Yes, you do … but weren't your original fees reversed when you cancelled the order?

·1 year agoRelist it with the new information on the condition (and a revised price). Get the old buyer the new item number so s/he has a head start on buying it.

Mentor1 year agoYou can't reverse the cancellation you have to relist the items so the buyer can purchase it again.
