REVENGE FEEDBACK FROM BUYERS WORKING TOGETHER. REALLY EBAY?
Too many petty people and criminals on eBay are taking control on eBay. Ebay used to be a fun marketplace. Now it's just a hostile flea market filled with a bunch of pick pockets. Maybe that's why there are very few people still shopping on eBay and the stock keeps diving. If you do not police your market place better you will not have a market place anymore. After ten years on eBay I am now done with eBay's online basement criminals and their harassment and we are closing our account.

On the other one, OMG your remark is so out of line and will hurt you far more with prospective buyers that review your feedback than anything the buyer wrote. Why would you do that to yourself???
This buyer had reason to be upset with you, especially if you cancelled it before even explaining what happened to them. You did the right thing to cancel and refund the buyer, but you need to communicate with the buyer first. Don't just assume they are going to be OK with this. They are certain to be disappointed. And remember, even though you refunded it, the buyer doesn't have their money back yet, it has to get processed and can take a few days easily.
Your reaction above is a bit over the top too. This buyer isn't a criminal and actually didn't do a darn thing wrong.
