Returns without account

Question

I bought item I am returning. I used guest account. Seller sent me label and instructions, but it won't let me view without opening account. After opening account I still can't view or do anything. Help.

Also, is there an ebay email or phone I can write or call for help?

You do not need to open an account to deal with a guest return, but you cannot be signed in to a different account while you do it.

Sign out of your current eBay account or open a private or incognito browser window, then use the link in the email eBay sent regarding the order or see here:
