Returns with a no return policy in listing

Question

My buyer wants to return stating itâ€™s because the item didnâ€™t match the description. She thought her dress was a US10 but my listing clearly states UK10. I also had a description stating the dress fit like a US6. How can I cancel her request to return?

Did the buyer open a refund request for an item not as described? If the buyer opens an eBay Money Back Guarantee return for an item not as described you will have no choice but to accept the return and refund the buyer. Your no returns policy only allows you to deny a return when the buyer chooses a remorse reason. You can not deny the refund. The buyer does not have to prove it when they choose that reason for the return. The only thing you can decide is if you want the buyer to return the item first. If so, you will need to send a return label. (you pay return shipping)

You have 3 days after the item shows delivered back to you to refund. If you do not refund and eBay has to step in and refund for you you will get a defect on your account. eBay takes those very seriously and they can lead to account restrictions or suspensions.
