returns was thinking of buying a scooter.iteam is new. the seller say's he doesn't do returns.

I checked there credibility report from E-Bay. it's 0 and 0. it's a $360 scooter. they just joined E-Bay June 22, 2023. I'm worried that the numbers for speed & distance might not be what they are reresentive to be.also there no brand name of the maker. they have a store with a lot of other things listed for sale. if I'm not satisfied with the item can I get my money back. ?'

If it is not as described, then yes you can file for a return and refund. Not As Described overrides no-returns.

However, if this is such a questionable item, why risk the hassle? Usually if the price is too good for the item, it likely is not going to go well.
