Returns to China
When a buyer receives an item that fails to be as described from a seller based in China. eBay states the seller should pay to return the questionable item to China and the buyer will refund the return.
My experience has proven the cost of shipping to China often exceeds the value of that item being returned.

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. International sellers cannot send shipping labels, so if they don't send you the money for the return (and that would be highly unlikely for them to do so), go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
