returns to china
I have a rug that was shipped from China, but the image was wrong. So, I contacted seller and they tried to negotiate for me to keep the item and pay me half back. I responded No as this is for my team Man cave and would be ridiculed for having a backwards LOGO. They said OK. I requested a return label and shipping instructions, and I was notified that shipping is the responsibility of the seller, but they cannot provide me with a return shipping label. So basically, I have to pay to ship it back but how do I get reimbursed for this as the seller Isn't really giving me answers? Never had to do this before.

·2 years agoRight, a seller from China can't provide a return shipping label.
They have to send you the money to pay for the return shipping.
Find out whats it's going to cost to ship it back with tracking, then go back to the return case and send the seller a message with the cost and your Pay Pal email address so they can send the funds.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in for a refund..

OP2 years agoI notified the seller that the shipping was going to be @$105 and I had to also fill out the customs paperwork in order to return the Rug. My wife had finally found a contact info that worked to get ahold of EBAY, and they called me and told me pretty much the same as your answer. However now that EBAY has contacted them as well, (seller)NOW they told me to keep the rug (not to return it) and that they will send me a new rug with the correct print. Which is all I wanted in the first place. Thank you for the info.
