Returns that havent been sent
I know I only need to wait 10 days for the return of my item if the buyer has an issue. Ebay stepped in and resolved the case on the 19th , i still haven't received a tracking number or the item and it's now over the 10days required. What do I do now?

·3 years agoIf Ebay stepped in, you probably won't be getting the item back.
Usually when Ebay has to step in, they refund the buyer from your account, let the buyer keep the item, keep their fee's and give you a defect.
