Returns. Signature Required
I am in the process of receiving a return however, I am currently out of the country. Fedex is requiring a signature for the delivery. Can this be updated to "no signature"? Ive attempted to do a Vacation hold but it apparently is not allowed either. Advice?

If you are not able to ship, you should take down your current listings. At least hide them with Time Away or extend the handling time to when you get back.Â

You will have to contact FedEx, was it the $ 1,550.00 item sold on an Offered price? Â

OP4 months agoSlightly lower ~1300'ish. I cant seem to do anything with managing deliveries online. I paid for the label through Ebay as part of the return. Will I need to actually call?

Yes, you will actually have to call FedEx and talk to them. eBay is not involved with this part of the return process. The issue you potentially face is that eBay views an "attempted" delivery the same as a confirmed delivery. So the Buyer may be able to ask eBay to step in and force the refund without you being involved. If they do then you need to work out with FedEx how to get your hands on that returned item so it doesn't wind up being returned to the Buyer or discarded.Â
