returns scam
I am trying to return counterfeit items to a seller. They sent a QR code as a label. USPS says the code is not for a label. Ebay is satisfied that the seller has sent a 'label' and refuses to step in. They are stuck in there canned response mode. They offer no help other than "ship your item with the label provided". If you scan the QR code it takes you to some sells page for 3rd party postage, while you are trying to exit the site dumps malware on your computer. Its a smart scam and ebay refuses to take action. I have talked to several different agents and they are all the same, no help at all.
