I bought a tonneau cover for my truck soon as I put it on I let them know that when I went to roll it up and undo it the velcro on the metal bars ripped up I sent them pictures and all this other stuff and they said oh don't worry about it basically whatever and then I said something about returning it and then they ignored me and they've been ignoring me ever since so how do I get a hold of customer service when I've been with the eBay for over 20 years it's kind of pissing me off
