HOW TO REQUEST RETURN ON A RECENT ORDER THAT IS NOT SHOWING (LISTED) ON YR ACCT, THEREFORE EBAY OFFERS NO METHOD OF CONTACT TO CUST.SVC OR SELLER

Double check your Purchase History: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

If the item is not there, perhaps you made the purchase as a guest. If so, you will need to sign out of your Ebay account and find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent to you.

Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.
