Returns on magazines
Sold was too vintage magazines. One had Mickey Mantle one head Jackie Robinson on the front covers. They’re from the 50s and the gentleman who purchased them both not together but separate wants to do a return on them now because he says that the items are defective. Prior to the sale the customer asked me about them and I sent him pictures of both of them at separate times showing him the front and the backs of the magazines up close so that he could make a decision whether or not he wanted to purchase or not but now he’s wanting to return both items and I’m just looking for anybody’s two cents on how the best way to handle that is I haven’t yet to talk to him because I’m thinking he’s gonna want some money back and to keep the magazines probably I don’t know all kinds of stuff is going through my head, but it’s $100 sale for both of them and I’m just curious what other people in this situation do thank you in advance for your input

If the buyer filed a Return Request through Ebay with a valid reason per Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and then when you receive the returned items, you issue a refund.
