Returns now requiring box
This is not a question. This is a complaint.! I find it very unfair that an item is shipped to the buyer in plastic packaging, but with a return, the buyer is now responsible for getting a box to return it in. The guideline used to be returns were to go in the original packaging— which is fair. This new guideline is not fair because buyers who return the item now have an additional burden to find a box somehow or buy one.
