Returns item, mark as Shipped

I shipped the return using USPS, but eBay’s “Add tracking details” page has a technical error. Every time I select USPS, enter the tracking number and click Save, it returns to the same page without saving. Any idea?

1) Please double check the tracking number to confirm you're entering the right number.

2) Are you returning something you bought as a guest? The process can be different.

In that case, LOG OUT of your eBay account, then click the link to reach the order details and enter the tracking.
