Returns- item arrived in condition promised
How do I ask for eBay to step in? Buyer was sent numerous pictures and told of flaws and item was listed “as is” prior to purchase.

Mentor6 months agoThere is nothing to ask eBay to step in for. Since eBay never sees the items listed on the site they allow the buyer to determine if the item received is "as described" or not. "As Is" is not an option on eBay nor is a "No returns" policy.

OP6 months agoI am a little confused with your reply. In the help section for returns, it says a seller can ask EBay to “step in and help”. I never have seen an option though. I did find out from customer service that once the item is returned, the seller can ask eBay to step in if the buyers claim is untrue.
Also, how is “as is” not an option? I see it all over eBay.
