Returns If Seller Doesn't Accept

Question

Before I buy an item, I want to know if I have the option to return even if it listed that the seller would not accept returns.

I'm weary that the item could be a fake and would not want to purchase if it arrives to my unsatisfaction.

Is there a way around this?

If the seller doesn't accept returns, that means you cannot return the item because you changed your mind, it doesn't fit, you don't like it, etc.

If the item is not as described (wasn't was was pictured or didn't match the description, which encompasses counterfeit items), you have eBay's Money Back Guarantee that the seller will have to take the the back (or refund without requiring a return).
