Returns for New With Tag Item
When I set up my return policy there was a section that specifically asked if I wanted ebay to connect with me before accepting returns. They just accepted one automatically. I can't connect to an agent to discuss the return. I don't mind if the item is returned, but it must be returned with the tags. I feel like I did not have the opportunity to discuss this with ebay before they approved it. If the buyer returns the item without tags, can I reject the refund? The value changes significantly with and without tags for the item.

I checked one of your listings and it appears that you offer 30 day Free returns (I do the same on ALL my items). If the item comes back without tags you can:
-Report the Buyer via the link on the transaction. They have to return it in the same condition you shipped it to them in
-Review your Seller protections here, some may apply but you will have to wait to see what you get back: Seller protections | eBay
