Returns for faulty product
I sold a pair of speakers to someone in another location. I shipped them. I've received a message that the buyer wants to return them because a tweeter isn't working. But I used the speakers just a couple months ago. They were fine. I assume the buyer is honest. (I assume everyone is honest.) The shipping is expensive. I don't want to ruin my reputation on eBay. (I don't sell often but don't want a ding.) Advice?

You will have to either approve the return, provide a prepaid return label & refund when you receive the returned items OR you can refund without requiring the buyer to return.
