Returns. Buyer responsible for reimbursing me for shipments to them. How do I get reimbursed
My business policy states that upon a piece being returned. Buyer must reimburse me for shipments in both directions - to them and also returned back to me. The piece was returned and buyer paid for this, but I have not received reimbursement for the shipment to the buyer. How does one get reimbursed on the initial shipment to the buyer that returned the piece?
