·3 years agoIf the seller has a No Return policy, they can deny a remorse return, such as doesn't fit.

Mentor3 years ago"Does not fit" would be considered a "remorse" return, subject to whatever limits the seller places on returns.
This is as opposed to a "not as described" return, which would fall under eBay's money back guarantee regardless of the seller's chosen return policy.
