Returns as a seller
I have been selling with eBay since they started and I’m not happy with new policies. I sold an item and the buyer requested a return. I accepted the return and eBay refunded the money to them immediately that day before I received the item back. Now the buyer will not return my item and eBay does not have anybody You can contact one on one to talk to. The AI is absolutely no assistance whatsoever. eBay needs to explain to me how they think it’s right that they can take money out of my account without me getting my item back
