Returns and replacements?
Summary: melha-5923 expressed frustration over a defective car part purchased on eBay, highlighting the inconvenience of having to return it. They seek advice on how to get the company to provide a replacement at a discounted price without undergoing the lengthy return and refund process, as the defective part has caused further damage and inconvenience.
I purchased a car part was installed and defective. So between the towing, funds, time all to do it again by ebay requested me to send it back. But as a customer service how do I go about having ebay get the company of they site to send me another 1 which now I need to due to the one side riding lower forcing more damage on the previous 1 so basically get them to honor a set at a discounted price so I can replace and install instead of remove, send back, wait for confirmation, then wait for funds approval, then wait for bank clear. Thus putting the buyer in a unfair circumstance.
