Returns and refunds to buyers.
I want to know why we have to accept the returns straight from ebay, but if we ask buyers to send pictures of the item they don't do it, in the last month I had 1 refund and I pay for shipping label and when the item comes back was totally different item I sent.
I did the refund because I am a top seller and tray to keep my good reputation.
If buyers claim for return I always asking for pictures but they don't care and we still losing money with the shipping label and refunds.
I believe the Policy of eBay is clear about money guaranteed for them but some people are taking advantage of this.
I believe we not supposed to send the shipping label until we receive the pictures to make sure if is the same item we sent or sold.
This is only my suggestion about sellers protection
