Ebay delivered the wrong item. I am trying to send it back and get my money back but when I try to start a report ebay tells me I have no purchase history. How do I get in touch with an agent to resolve this issue. This is the first time I have ordered anything from ebay and they have gotten everything wrong.

Is the seller still on ebay?
