Returns and refunds
Hi there
If I have a listing that allows returns and the buyer wants to return the item as it doesn't fit do I need to refund them the postage they paid for me to send them the item? as I ended up paying £11.15 for special delivery next day and charged the buyer £8.95

Mentor3 years agoYou should check with the UK community, but if it is the same as in the US, it depends on the reason the buyer selects when they open the return. If they select 'doesn't fit' you do not refund original shipping. If they select 'not as described' you must refund the original shipping.
