Returns and buyer never returned product and Ebay Charged me back
A buyer bought a item, they wanted to return because the open box Item had "fingerprints." They filed a not as described claim and ebay ruled in their favor.
The problem is that I never received the item back and ebay charged me back the amount. It is fine if I get the item back and then ebay takes them money, it seems that ebay not only took money from me but they also never returned the item to me.
I filed an appeal and no luck.
How do I get my product back?
Ebay has already taken the money back
