Returns after “ship by” window
Hi all. The buyer purchased the shipping for this which was purchased and printed and then messaged me a different address. He since cancelled the order. I was waiting for a response from him so I missed the ship by window. I marked the item as not shipped. eBay will still not let me cancel the order. How do I handle this situation?
