Returns
U have. No clue why ebay takes so long to send a return label. And they do not want to have a human to support returns. As they have made their money.
Learned hard way not to use ebay.

If the seller hasn't sent you a prepaid shipping label within 3 business days after you opened a 'return request' ... then you just need to go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
Returns are handled by automated processes. There's no need to involve a human. [It generally only mucks up/ delays the process when a buyer reaches a human. It's simply not necessary.]
Did you file a return request yet? You do that from your Purchase History.
