We bought a pump for our machine in May and it wasn't suitable for what we wanted. I telephoned the seller and he said that it could be returned, and when he arrived home he would contact me with details of the courier he used to enable me to send it back. The pump was very heavy. Since that day he has not contacted me or answered any of my calls so now we are stuck with a pump that cost a lot of money. I have the correspondence from ebay showing that it was to be delivered but its not showing when I open our account. I am new to ebay and bought it on a guest request. I have tried to find a contact number for ebay but am going around in circles. Can anyone help please.
